Product: Revima provides overhauls, component repairs and lease and exchange services for landing gear on a variety of Airbus and Boeing aircraft. Last year, it added Boeing 787 landing gear capability. The company operates from facilities in Rives-en-Seine, France, and Chonburi, Thailand. The Chonburi facility, which gained Part 145 certification in early 2021, saw a doubling of input rates in 2022 due to rapid passenger traffic recovery in Southeast Asia. The facility began overhauls of Boeing 737NG landing gear for Luxair in September 2022.

2. Global Network

Company: Safran Landing Systems

Product: Safran Landing Systems provides landing gear services for commercial, military and business aircraft from eight MRO centers on three continents. In 2022, it signed a series of landing gear agreements with airlines and MROs, including AJW Group, American Airlines, Cebu Pacific Air, ITA Airways, Philippine Airlines and Saudi Aircraft Accessories and Components Co. This year, Safran plans to expand its capabilities to include Boeing 787-8, -9 and -10 landing gear overhauls at its facilities in Molsheim, France; Queretaro, Mexico, and Singapore.

3. New Landing Gear Facility

Company: Dublin Aerospace

Product: Dublin Aerospace offers landing gear repair and overhaul for Boeing 737NG and Airbus A320ceo-family aircraft from its new 65,000-ft.² facility in Ashbourne, Ireland, which opened in October 2021. The facility has in-house capability for repair, overhaul, inspection, testing and certification, including electro-plating, machining and painting. Since the facility opened, Dublin Aerospace has contracted with several major airlines across Asia, Europe and the U.S. and more than doubled its landing gear overhaul capacity. It plans to continue growing its owned-asset pool to support landing gear exchange and loan programs.

4. Sustainable Development

Company: HAECO Landing Gear Services

Product: HAECO Landing Gear Services provides landing gear inspection, maintenance, repair, overhaul, modification and leasing services for a variety of Airbus, Boeing and Embraer aircraft. Last year, it gained overhaul capability certification for A320 landing gears from the FAA, European Union Aviation Safety Agency and Civil Aviation Administration of Thailand. In 2022, it also signed an agreement with Liebherr-Aerospace to offer landing gear MRO services to Embraer E-Jet E1 operators in mainland China. HAECO Landing Gear Services recently agreed to use Henkel Adhesive Technologies’ sustainable products.
