Setna iO Acquires Four Ex-Spirit A320s

Setna iO has acquired four Airbus A320-200 airframes previously operated by Spirit Airlines. Setna will disassemble the aircraft in Goodyear, Arizona, and process recovered components through its integrated network as used serviceable material.

ORIX Aviation Completes AerFin Acquisition

AerFin announced it is now a wholly owned subsidiary of ORIX Aviation, following the completion of the acquisition first announced in August. AerFin CEO Simon Goodson says the acquisition will give the company “long-term backing, global reach and shared ambition to accelerate our growth.”
