Pan Am Selects Trax Software
Revitalized operator Pan Am has selected Trax’s eMRO software platform to support aircraft maintenance, regulatory compliance, inventory control and operational planning requirements. The airline initiated the certification process with the FAA in October, driven by a partnership between Pan Am Brands and Avi8 Air Capital.
Collins, Emirates Expand A380 Landing Gear Contract
Collins Aerospace and Emirates have expanded a landing gear MRO agreement covering the Dubai-based airline's Airbus A380 aircraft fleet. As part of the extended partnership, Collins Aerospace will maintain its use of MRO facilities in the United Arab Emirates and Miami to carry out scheduled overhaul work. The company will also provide specialized training for Emirates’ maintenance teams, enabling them to perform selected tasks on-site at the Emirates Engineering facility in Dubai.

IAC Plans Fort Worth Expansion
International Aerospace Coatings (IAC) announced it will expand its presence at Fort Worth Meacham International Airport in Texas by adding two new widebody hangars. The hangars are expected to be fully operational by early next year and to create 60 additional jobs at the facility.
Diehl Aviation Lands Emirates A380 Retrofit Deal
Diehl Aviation signed an agreement with Emirates at the Dubai Airshow to support the next phase of the airline’s Airbus A380 retrofit program. From its recently opened European Union Aviation Safety Agency Part 21G-approved workshop in Dubai, Diehl will be directly involved in select work packages for the next phase of the A380 retrofit program, including local manufacturing, assembling and logistical support.November 24, 2025
Air Arabia Inks CFM Leap Services Deal
Air Arabia has signed a services agreement with CFM International that extends the companies’ cooperation to six of the Leap-1A engines powering its Airbus A321neo LR aircraft. Air Arabia currently operates 10 A321neos and 71 A320ceos, and it has 116 Leap-powered A320neo family aircraft on order.
SunExpress Extends AMAC Aerospace Turkey Contract
SunExpress has signed a four-year maintenance contract with AMAC Aerospace Turkey. The deal extends its previous work for the carrier, which covered seven Boeing 737s during the 2024-25 season.

Riyadh Air Signs LHT Deals
Riyadh Air signed a Total Component Support contract with Lufthansa Technik (LHT) covering its Boeing 787-9 fleet, giving it access to the MRO provider’s global spare parts pool network. The Saudi Arabian carrier has also entered LHT’s Digital Tech Ops Ecosystem by implementing AMOS maintenance and engineering software in its technical operations.
Emirates Picks Safran Seats For Cabin Refurbishments
Emirates has selected Safran Seat products to refurbish the interiors of its Airbus A380 and Boeing 777-300ER aircraft. The airline has selected S-Lounge seats for its business class cabin on the 777-300ER and Z400 seats for economy class seats on its A380s.

Royal Jordanian Expands LHT Component Contract
Royal Jordanian Airlines has signed a Total Component Support (TCS) contract with Lufthansa Technik (LHT) covering its entire Airbus A320neo family fleet. The carrier already had existing TCS deals with LHT, and this deal extends the services to include 20 A320neos and A321neos that will replace legacy aircraft in its fleet. LHT also plans to set up a home base pool at Queen Alia International Airport to support Royal Jordanian’s operations.
Qatar Airways Selects Collins Ascentia Platform
Qatar Airways has selected Collins Aerospace’s Ascentia analytics platform to manage fleet maintenance for its Boeing 787s. The platform analyzes aircraft sensor data and historic fleet records to generate component health and performance predictions.

Air Arabia Taps Lufthansa Technik For CFM56 MRO
Air Arabia has signed a contract with Lufthansa Technik covering long-term provisioning of comprehensive engine MRO services for the CFM International CFM56-5B engines powering its fleet of Airbus A320ceos. The deal runs through 2033.
Emirates Extends HAECO A380 Base Maintenance Deal
Emirates has extended its Airbus A380 base maintenance contract with HAECO through 2030. HAECO will continue to provide heavy maintenance services at its facility in Xiamen, China.

Flydubai To Get GE Engine Support As Part of GEnx-1B Order
Flydubai has entered into an aftermarket support and spare engines agreement with GE Aerospace as part of an order placed by the airline for 60 GEnx-1B engines placed at the Dubai Airshow. The engines will power Flydubai's first widebody fleet of 30 Boeing 787-9 aircraft.
Wizz Air, FL Technics Extend Line Maintenance Ties In Romania
Wizz Air has renewed its line maintenance agreement with Lithuanian MRO provider FL Technics for MRO services in Romania. The extended agreement will see the continuation of line maintenance services at locations in Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca.

Engine MRO Expansion
StandardAero broke ground on a 70,000-sq.-ft. expansion at its engine MRO facility in Winnipeg. The new facility will allow for increased capacity of GE CF34-3/8 engines, which power regional jets, and the CFM International CFM56-7B, which powers the Boeing 737 NG and military variants. The facility, a GE-Branded Service Agreement partner since 2001, celebrated its 4,000th CF34 MRO workscope this month.

Turkish GEnx Engine Deal
Turkish Airlines bought more than 100 GEnx engines from GE Aerospace to power 50 Boeing 787s. The deal includes 25 optional aircraft. The parties also signed a 15-year True Choice engine maintenance services agreement

Caerdav opened a fourth maintenance line at its facility at St. Athan in South Wales. The move follows an extensive facility remodeling that should help meet its growing customer base.
Jet Aviation Singapore Celebration
Jet Aviation Singapore is celebrating its 30th year of operations in the country. The facility opened in 1995 as the company’s first location in Asia. Following the addition of new hangar facilities in 2014 and 2017, Jet Aviation Singapore became the third company site to join the Airbus Corporate Jets Service Center Network. According to the company, it is the only network member in the Asia-Pacific region.

Caerdav Opens Fourth Maintenance Line
UK-based MRO Caerdav has opened a dedicated fourth line of maintenance at its base in St. Athan, Wales. The company says the move effectively doubles its operational capacity within just 18 months. The expansion allows the independent maintenance provider to work on up to four aircraft simultaneously.
Satair, GAMECO Sign Airbus Material Support Deal
Satair has signed a letter of intent (LOI) with Guangzhou Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (GAMECO). The agreement aims to expand their long-term Integrated Material Services (IMS) program, including material support for the Airbus A350 aircraft platform. By upgrading to a unified IMS structure, GAMECO will benefit from faster access to materials and smoother logistics. In addition, a dedicated Satair team will be based on-site to work with GAMECO’s MRO operations.

Blue Angels C-130
Marshall Aerospace won a contract from the U.S. Navy to replace the center win box on a C-130 Hercules that supports the Navy’s Blue Angels. The MRO also perform routine for the aircraft, including repainting in the Blue Angels livery.
TriMas Aerospace Sold
TriMas sold TriMas Aerospace, which manufactures fasteners and components, to an affiliate of Tinicum. Blackstone-managed funds will be a minority investor.

CFM56 Engine Expansion
FL Technics expanded its CFM56 engine shop in Kaunas, Lithuania to eight bays from five. The MRO says about 70% of the engine shops work is coming from CFM56-7B engines and the remaining 30% from CFM56-5B and -3 engines.
IOSA for Arajet
Arajet achieved IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) registration, making it the first Dominican Republic airline to do so. IOSA assesses an airline’s operations—including flight ops, maintenance, airworthiness, dispatch, ground services and more.

SD Government To Supply Airborne Communications For U.S. Agency
SD Government, a division of Gogo, received a five-year federal contract to supply multi-band, multi-orbit global satellite communications for an undisclosed U.S. agency. According to the company, the agreement was initially valued at $3 million and is a follow-on from Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase II activity originally awarded to SD Government before its merger with Gogo. The contract will consolidate aero communications across the agency’s entire fleet of aircraft over the next five years.
Axis Jet Adds Second Citation X To Fleet
Axis Jet, a California-based charter company, announced the addition of a Cessna Citation X to its managed charter fleet. The aircraft is operated under the certificate of Axis Jet’s FAA Part 135 sister company, Modesto Executive Air Charter. According to the company, the Citation X was selected to enhance Axis Jet’s long-range charter capabilities and to support its growth in the West Coast charter market.

Airbourne Colours Opens Second Teesside Painting Facility
Airbourne Colours has opened its second aircraft painting facility at Teesside Airport, which will be dedicated to painting narrowbodies. The company first began operating at the airport in October 2024 and began construction of a second facility to manage its growing order book from airlines.
