Data Snapshot: 10-Year MRO Demand Growth for Asia

The soon to be released 2022 Preliminary Commercial Aviation Fleet and MRO Forecast reveals that MRO demand in Asia-Pacific and China combined will represent 31% of the global maintenance market for the 2022-31 period. In value, that share represents a $317 billion value out of the $1.013 trillion world total. The Asian MRO compound annual growth rate (CAGR) comes to 5% for the 10-year period. In comparison, the worldwide CAGR 2022-31 MRO growth rate is projected at 3%.

The in-service commercial fleet will grow by an annual rate of 4.5% in Asia, compared with the worldwide growth of 3.1%.
