What are the longest passenger flights in the world?

Singapore Airlines is to launch the world’s longest commercial flight next month when it resumes non-stop services between Singapore and New York JFK.

With an average flying time of 18 hours and 45 minutes, the 15,336 km route will be operated by Airbus A350-900 Ultra Long Range aircraft.

Ahead of the launch on 11 October 2018, Routesonline looks at the current top 20 longest commercial air flights in the world during the third quarter of the year.
