Russia, Finland agree to second carriers on Moscow-Helsinki route

Russia and Finland authorities have agreed to designate second carriers on the Moscow-Helsinki route. The first designated airline from each side has “14 frequencies per week” and the second designated airline from each side “will have seven frequencies per week,” effective from the IATA winter...
