Over 100 airlines have now registered for World Routes 2016 which will be held in Chengdu, 24th-27th September.
American Airlines, Air France, Spring Airlines, Qantas and Korean Air are the latest airlines to register in the last week for the world’s leading route development event.
Over forty European carriers have already confirmed their attendance, including representatives from Lufthansa, Finnair, British Airways and Alitalia.
Many of the leading carriers from the Americas region including Delta Air Lines, United Airlines, American Airlines and JetBlue, will be taking face-to-face meetings in Chengdu.
Delegates will be able to discuss existing and future networks with many flag carriers from the Middle East including Qatar Airways, Etihad Airways and Oman Air. Asian flag carriers are also well represented, attendees include Japan Airlines, Garuda Indonesia, SriLankan Airlines and Shenzhen Airlines
Those wishing to meet with low cost carriers will be able to meet representatives from easyJet, Wizz Air, Norwegian and Jet2.com.

Over 3,000 delegates representing over 110 countries are expected to attend this year’s event, which will be held in Chengdu, China. With over 45 meeting slots available, World Routes enables delegates to discuss the development of new and the evolution of existing routes with their key targets.
Scheduling for World Routes 2016 opens on 4th July, when registered delegates can begin requesting and accepting meetings.
