Lufthansa Begins Shuttle Schedule on Domestic Trunk Routes

Lufthansa on 28OCT12 launched new “shuttle” schedule program on key domestic routes, covering Frankfurt – Berlin Tegel, Frankfurt – Hamburg and Frankfurt – Munich. These routes will see hourly operation on weekdays with reduced service on weekends.

Operational pattern as follows:

Frankfurt > Berlin Tegel Service operates every hour at :45 from 0600 to 1900, except:
Weekdays: Additional flight operates at 0715, 1815, 2115
Saturdays: No service at 0845, 1145, 1445, 1845. Additional flight operates at 2115
Sundays: No service at 0845, 1145, 1745. Additional flight operates at 1815, 2115

Berlin Tegel > Frankfurt Service operates every hour at :45 from 0600 to 2000, except:
Weekdays: Additional flight operates at 0600, 0915
Saturdays: Additional flight operates at 0600. No service at 1045, 1345, 1645, 2045
Sundays: No service at 1045, 1345, 1945

Frankfurt > Hamburg Service operates every hour at :00 from 0700 to 2100, except:
Weekdays: Additional flight operates at 0730, 1730. At 2100hrs, service departs at 2130 instead of 2100
Saturdays: No service at 1100, 1400, 1600, 1800, 2130
Sundays: No service at 0900, 1100, 1400, 1600

Hamburg – Frankfurt Service operates every hour at :00 from 0600 to 2000, except:
Weekdays: Additional flight operates at 0630, 0930
Saturdays: Additional flight operates at 0630. No service at 1300, 1600, 1800, 1800, 2000
Sundays: No service at 0600, 1100, 1300, 1600, 1800

Frankfurt > Munich Service operates every hour at :00 from 0700 to 2100, except:
Weekdays: Additional flight operates at 0630
Weekends: No service at 0900, 1100, 1400, 1900 (1600 dep on Saturdays not available)

Munich > Frankfurt Service operates every hour at :00 from 0700 to 2100, except:
Weekdays: Additional flight operates at 0830
Weekends: No service at 1100, 1300, 1600, 2100 (1800 dep on Saturdays not available)
