MRO Americas celebrated its 30th anniversary with a buoyant 2026 edition in an industry sector seeing high growth rates in spite of conflict in the Middle East and ongoing supply chain challenges. The adoption of AI in MRO and the need to attract, train and qualify talent were hot topics in the conference sessions and among delegates on the show floor.
