Satair has announced a new one-stop shop offering which will cover ground support equipment (GSE) and tools for all aircraft platforms.

The company, which operates as part of the Airbus Services division, says the offering encompasses 70,000 part numbers from 1,600 OEMs worldwide and will cover airlines, MROs, lessors and airports.

The portfolio includes standard tools and GSE to engine change equipment and test equipment.

In a move adding further capacity to its network, the new offering will operate from a 538,000 ft.2 facility in Hamburg, which is scheduled to open in the first half of 2023.

Bart Reijnen, CEO of Satair, says the new capability is the company’s response to the “increased and very diverse market demand.” “It includes ground support equipment and tools for mixed fleets and provides advanced access to Airbus proprietary tools,” he says.

Reijnen adds that in addition to its repair and lease options, the company will also provide tailored tool solutions and access to the Airbus innovation and engineering network.
