A top U.S. Air Force Global Strike Command official has endorsed a call by the Mitchell Institute for Aerospace Studies for fielding a new class of “midrange” missiles that can be delivered by a stealthy bomber at distances that come between glide bombs and long-range cruise or ballistic missiles....
