NetJets new private aviation campus.
LAS VEGAS—During NBAA-BACE, NetJets debuted its new private aviation facility and campus at the Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport, one of the most-requested destinations by NetJets customers.
The site was developed in partnership with Signature Aviation and is the first new-build project by the two companies.
“As demand continues to grow, so does our responsibility to ensure that our owners enjoy reliable access; that they have greater privacy and the high personalized service they expect in a space that’s designed specifically for them in partnership with Signature,” said Patrick Gallagher, NetJets Aviation president, who spoke at the ribbon cutting. “This facility is much more than just a commitment to our owners and to our leadership in private aviation. We continue to strengthen the infrastructure, the fleet, the teams and the operations that support every step of their journey.”
Demand from NetJets’ customers has continued to rise since 2022, the company says.
Since then, flight activity has grown nearly 45% with almost 8,000 flights through the end of 2025. That trend has continued into 2026 with demand since the beginning of the year up nearly 30% when compared to the same period a year ago.
The campus includes more than 300,000 ft.2 for the infrastructure, including a 17,069 ft.2 exclusive-use private terminal for customers and their guests with a lounge, VIP conference rooms and a dedicated room for families, along with office space with a crew lounge upstairs in the facility for employees. NetJets also is installing a catering kitchen to provide on-site catering.
The site includes two hangars; one dedicated to NetJets’ fleet operations and one operated by Executive Jet Management. A NetJets service hub operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide proactive maintenance and reduce downtime for the high volume of NetJets aircraft operating throughout western U.S. Hangar doors are 30 ft. tall to accommodate a global fleet. The service hub includes a parts warehouse and paint repair booth for small parts.
More than 250,000 ft.2 of ramp space has room for about 25 aircraft, which includes an area access gate to allow customers to move between their vehicle and aircraft without encountering commercial traffic or shared terminal areas.
On-site representatives are on hand to provide assistance and hospitality.
