Gama Aviation is acquiring Hunt & Palmer, expanding the scale and scope of its aircraft charter brokerage firm.
The transaction is expected to close in the coming days, the company said. Terms of the deal were not released. Gama Aviation will maintain Hunt & Palmer’s identity and brand, the company said.
The acquisition significantly grows Gama’s share of the global charter market and adds a new segment—cargo—to its aircraft management offerings, Marwan Khalek, Gama Aviation Group CEO says.
“I am delighted that Hunt & Palmer is joining Gama Aviation: our two organizations have had a close connection for many years, sharing a passion for aviation and customer service,” Khalek says.
Hunt & Palmer, established in 1986, is an aircraft charter brokerage business with operations in business aviation, commercial music touring and cargo segments. The company operates globally with brokers based in Australia, Hong Kong, the UK, and the U.S.
Gama Aviation will retain Hunt & Palmer’s identity and brand.
“In 2025, we consistently expanded our aircraft management offering by providing boutique services across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East, which increased our available charter inventory,” said Graham Williamson, MD of Gama Aviation’s Aircraft Management & Charter division. “At the same time, our existing charter team has continued to build a portfolio of business. With the Hunt & Palmer acquisition, we accelerate the team’s efforts in 2025 and significantly increase our attractiveness for aircraft owners [fixed-wing and rotary] looking for charter opportunities.”
