Martin Hiller has been named president of the National Air Transportation Association by NATA’s board of directors. Hiller was appointed acting president in June upon the departure of then-president Tom Hendricks. The board also promoted William Deere as executive vice president of government and external affairs and Timothy Obitts as executive vice president of operations and business.
