Austrian Airlines' Board Approves Rheintalflug Takeover
Austrian Airlines' supervisory board has approved the 100% takeover of Austrian regional carrier Rheintalflug. The small airline with a fleet of three Embraer ERJ-145s and two Bombardier Dash 8-300s will be the fourth airline in the group after Austrian, Lauda and Tyrolean.
