Mandarin Airlines to Start Taipei - Ishigaki Link

Taiwan-based Mandarin Airlines plans to start Taipei Taoyuan - Ishigaki service starting 16MAY12, according to the airline's inhouse reservation system. Reservation for this twice weekly scheduled charter service is currently not open to general public.

Ishigaki, Mandarin's 3rd Japanese destination, is located near the southern part of Japan's Ryukyu Islands. Currently only TransAsia Airways operate charter service from Hualien in Eastern Taiwan.
