The T2 departure hall after renovation. Changi Airport Group intentionally minimized the use of large structures to give a sense of space and calmness.
 

Around 100 SITA self-check in kiosk as well as ICM automated bag drop are installed to allow more passengers being served at any one time.

The Dreamscape Garden combines digital content, horticulture and fish into a multi-disciplinary experience. On the ceiling is the Digital Sky, which emulates the skies outside in real time by integrating with the airport weather system. Periodically, the skies transform into an underwater portal (pictured).
 

The anchor piece at the departure hall is the Wonderfall, a 14m-high, 17m-wide LED wall that projects cascading water.
 

The Lotte Duty Free Wine and Spirits features a “first in airport” robot bartender named Toni.
