New for 2015, our Electronic Extra Meeting System will help you maximise your time at Routes events, improving the speed of acceptance for meeting requests, adding them straight into your diary and giving you real-time updates to ensure you meet with your top targets.
With only five weeks to go until Routes Europe opens in Aberdeen, join our webinar and learn how to use the new digital system. The webinar will take place on Wednesday 1 April at 11:00am GMT and will be hosted by Scheduling Manager, Simon Baxendale. So don’t delay, ensure you’re fully prepared for Aberdeen and join the webinar!
Taking no longer than half an hour, Simon will present an overview and demonstration of the new system and answer any queries that you may have. The webinar is the perfect opportunity to view the new system in action so you can begin requesting your extra meetings after scheduling closes on Thursday 2 April.
Over the years, Routes has deployed a paper-based system, delivering the messages by hand to the relevant party. This is going to change in 2015 and during Routes Europe, delegates will be able to use the Electronic Extra Meeting System. Accessible via the Routes app, Routesonline, and at dedicated iPad stations during Routes Europe, the Electronic Extra Meeting System is fast and simple to use, giving delegates real-time updates about meeting requests and improving the speed of acceptance for requests.
If you are registered to attend Routes Europe, we highly recommend you join the webinar to learn how to use the system and make the most of your time during the event. If you’re not registered to attend, what are you waiting for? Register now or join the webinar to stay ahead of the game - the new digital system will be used at other regional events throughout the year and at World Routes 2015 in Durban, South Africa.
The Electronic Extra Meeting System will be open for business 24 hours a day during Routes Europe, enabling you to schedule your meetings at any time or place, day or night - all the more reason for you to join us on Wednesday 1 April. Listen in, ask questions and pick up some top tips on how to pack more meetings into your diary.
For any further queries relating to your meeting diary or scheduling your Face-to-Face meetings, please contact Simon Baxendale or click here to register for Routes Europe 2015.
