Emirates plan second flight to LA and Houston

A second daily flight from Dubai to Houston and Los Angeles on 31 October is planned by Emirates.

The new flights will be operated with Boeing 777s.

Emirates currently fly from Dubai to four US cities; New York ; Houston ; San Francisco , and Los Angeles .

Emirates Dubai -New York Airbus A380 service will resume service on 31 October after the airline pulled it from the route in March 2009 after the economic downturn forced the carrier to re-examine its positioning of the large aircraft.

The airline plans to keep the Boeing 777 operating on its second daily Dubai-JFK flight.
