U.S. carrier Breeze Airways unveiled three new routes, including adding a Mississippi airport.

The airline will open service from Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport (GPT), on Mississippi's Gulf coast, to Tampa International Airport (TPA) and Las Vegas Reid International Airport (LAS). Both routes will commence from Jan. 12 and be operated 2X-weekly.

"Breeze seeks to connect cities that currently don't have any nonstop flight options," Breeze President Tom Doxey says in a statement. "Now residents of Gulfport and Biloxi will have convenient and affordable service to Las Vegas or Tampa, two of the country's most popular destinations."

The airline will additionally start flying between Akron-Canton Airport (CAK) in Ohio and Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) in North Carolina. The CAK-RDU route will kick off from Feb. 2 and be operated 2X-weekly.
