New services from Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport are part of Breeze's strategy to connect cities that currently do not have any nonstop flight options.

The Utah-based airline is adding eight new destinations from the Routes World 2022 host city.

The startup is marking its one-year anniversary.

The carrier is currently operating a network focused on short-haul routes in the eastern half of the US.

Routes selects 50 new air services set to start around the world in February 2022, looking at the planned frequency, start date and aircraft to be used.

The carrier will launch flights from the airports in New York and Florida in February.

A total of 39 largely unserved routes will be offered by the airline, with the first service starting before the end of May.

A trio of new US cities are set to join the Dallas-based carrier’s route map.

American low-cost airline, Allegiant Airlines has announced four new routes from Fort Lauderdale due to commence from October 2015.

The carrier has traditionally focused almost exclusively on connecting small and medium-sized cities to its focus airports located mostly in leisure destinations across the United States. However, this latest expansion continues a recent trend of introducing flights into larger markets.
