Skopje International Airport (SKP) is North Macedonia’s main international gateway and is operated by TAV Macedonia, part of TAV Airports and Groupe ADP. 

The airport is experiencing strong growth, serving more than 1.83 million passengers in the first half of 2026.

Connectivity is also expanding. Skopje’s summer 2026 network comprises 15 airlines, with new and restored links including Naples, Budapest, Palermo and Alghero. 

Wizz Air, the airport’s largest operator, is further strengthening its presence by adding a seventh based aircraft. Skopje has also been targeting further connectivity, including new links to Scandinavia.
