Air Arabia expands operations in Saudi Arabia

Air Arabia has announced the launch of non-stop services to Abha in Saudi Arabia, from its primary hub in Sharjah.

The new service from the carrier’s primary hub in Sharjah marks Air Arabia’s eighth destination in the Kingdom and 85th worldwide. Beginning May 22, 2013, Air Arabia will offer three weekly flights to Abha, making it easier and convenient for passengers to travel between the two cities.

“The new service to Abha is a testament to Air Arabia’s commitment in offering greater connectivity and value-for-money services for our customer base in the Kingdom,” said, Adel Ali, group chief executive officer, Air Arabia. “Since launching operations to the Kingdom in 2004, Air Arabia has been determined to using its infrastructure to organically grow its operations into many cities across the Kindgdom.”
