Lufthansa modifies A320 family aircraft to reduce noise

Lufthansa began to modify its Airbus A320 family fleet last month with vortex generators to reduce noise. The first modified aircraft was an A319. Vortex generators will come standard on all future A320 and A321 deliveries from Airbus. Nine of the newly delivered aircraft are already in service...
