Wespac to sell/lease back its Boeing 737-300 to Sterling European Airlines

Western Pacific has entered an agreement to sell and lease back its owned Boeing 737-300 to Sterling European Airlines. The $20.5 million transaction of the 1989-vintage aircraft will net Westpac $5.4 million profit. The sale is a "better use of our assets" in Westpac's Chapter 11 restructuring...
