Senate Confirms John Magaw As Under Secretary Of Transportation For Security
THE SENATE confirmed John Magaw as under secretary of transportation for security for a five-year term. President Bush signed a recess appointment for Magaw in January. Magaw is the former director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms and the U.S. Secret Service.
