Movers and Shakers in MRO To Watch in 2026

Aviation Week Staff December 17, 2025
David Chaimovitz

Chaimovitz expects to quadruple the company’s MRO earnings by the end of 2026 and is leading the charge on the expansion strategy, which has included recent acquisitions of component repair specialist Zulu Global and Landing Gear Technologies, a landing gear systems repair and overhaul provider. Setna iO continues to invest in new and expanded facilities, new product lines, and airframes and engines, which should grow its MRO and part portfolios.

Nicole Jenkins

Increasing overhaul shop efficiency and technical capabilities is on every engine manufacturer’s 2026 to-do list. Jenkins plays a central role in GE Aerospace’s efforts. As chief manufacturing engineer for MRO, she leads the company’s advanced repair development and is instrumental in transforming the recently opened Services Technology Acceleration Center into an indispensable resource.

Dany Kleiman

Kleiman is overseeing AAR’s integration of HAECO Americas, which it purchased for $78 million on Nov. 3. That process entails incorporating 12 hangars in North Carolina and Florida, along with 1,600 employees, and implementing AAR’s processes, technology and training to mesh the businesses, including their cultures.

Carroll Lane

Lane became CEO of MROH Group (formerly MRO Holdings) this year, replacing Greg Colgan, who led the company through considerable expansion—to 91 lines of airframe maintenance. With Bain Capital’s investment, Lane is poised to take the MRO provider to the next step. He has a long history with United Technologies, including serving as president of Pratt & Whitney Commercial Engines in 2020-22.

Denise Mangan-Fahy

Mangan-Fahy became CEO of Shannon Engine Support (SES), a CFM engine lessor specialist, in July. She is leading the company at a time of high demand for narrowbody engines, especially the ones in SES’ portfolio—the Leap-1A, Leap 1-B, CFM56-5B and CFM56-7B. As operators scramble for engines, lease extensions happen frequently.

Jennifer Radtke

Radtke, an airframe and powerplant mechanic and strong advocate for the field, has risen through various maintenance engineering jobs, including chief mechanic in product development for Boeing. She was promoted in 2025 to her current role, in which she leads a team responsible for design, production and modification of commercial, defense and space products.

Ashish Rajvanshi

As India’s aviation sector accelerates, Rajvanshi is positioning the company to hold a considerable chunk of the country’s independent MRO capabilities. In 2025, Adani Group acquired AAR-Indamer Technics, an MRO joint venture between AAR Corp. and Indamer Aviation. The company also acquired a majority stake in third-party MRO provider Air Works, which has both commercial and defense capabilities.
