MARY ROSE LONEY NAMED CHICAGO'S AVIATION COMMISSIONER
MARY ROSE LONEY was named Chicago's aviation commissioner. Loney, who worked in the city's aviation department from 1989-1992, subsequently held high-profile aviation slots at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. She has been director of aviation for the City of Philadelphia since 1993.
