FlyHouse Grows Through Acquisitions

The trend of operators purchasing MROs continues with FlyHouse’s acquisition of JetsMRO, an FAA Part 145 repair station in Dallas and Miami. The transaction that closed on March 4 continues an acquisitive streak for the charter company that most likely will continue beyond MRO.

JetsMRO is being rebranded as FlyHouse Maintenance and will service the charter operator’s aircraft, as well as “continue supporting FlyHouse partners, including operators on the FlyHouse platform,” says Jack Lambert Jr., FlyHouse’s CEO.

FlyHouse has increased the MRO’s tooling capabilities so it can “support a broader range of aircraft types,” says Lambert.

The JetsMRO purchase follows FlyHouse’s expansion of operational infrastructure. In late 2025, it closed its acquisition of Sun Air Jets, which added a handful of mid-size and large-cabin jets as well as an FBO at Camarillo Airport and MRO facilities at Camarillo and Van Nuys airports. “Owning a 145 repair station, an expanded fleet, and premier facilities at Van Nuys and Camarillo fundamentally changes our capabilities. We’ve built FlyHouse to be the first ecosystem brand in private aviation—one that owns its infrastructure, integrates technology at every level, and delivers a service experience that’s seamless end-to-end,” says Lambert.

Sun Air holds various quality and safety certifications including Argus Platinum, Wyvern Wingman and IS-BAO.

Lambert expects to complete the integration of Sun Air Jets into its operation in early May.

To continue building its “ecosystem,” Lambert says, “FlyHouse is actively exploring additional acquisition opportunities across several areas ... including aircraft management companies, FBOs and MRO providers, as well as complementary businesses that strengthen our broker network, expand sales capabilities and support the continued growth of our platform.”
