ILFC sells $100 million in notes
International Lease Finance Corp. has raised $100 million through the sale of senior unsecured notes underwritten by Merrill Lynch, PaineWebber and Prudential Securities. ILFC, with a portfolio of 390 aircraft worth $17 billion, will use the funds for additional aircraft acquisition.
