GKN PLC of the United Kingdom plans to buy Boeing's St. Louis fabrication operations, establish its U.S.-based administrative offices there, and transfer its non-Boeing manufacturing work to St. Louis, the companies said last week. Value of the deal, which should be completed early next year...
