Norway is planning to extend the life of nine of its 18 aging Bell 412 utility helicopters ahead of plans to acquire new rotorcraft. The upgrade, worth 1 billion krone ($93 million), is expected to extend the life of the helicopters by 15 years, but spending on the project still needs Parliament...
