Wheels Up has acquired wholesale light-jet charter operator Travel Management Co. (TMC), which operates a fleet of 26 Hawker 400XPs. The acquisition complements Wheels Up’s fleet of 93 aircraft, which includes 72 King Air 350i turboprops,  Wheels Up founder and CEO Kenny Dichter said. “It firmly puts us in the light jet space,” Dichter said.
