GOGO Business Aviation was honored with the prestigious Grand Laureate award at Aviation Week's Laureate Awards ceremony this year. Michael Skov Christensen, Chief Commercial Officer at GOGO, accepted the award on behalf of the company.

In an interview following the ceremony, Christensen emphasized the collective effort behind the achievement, crediting the entire GOGO team for their dedication and passion. When asked to identify an unsung hero within his team, Christensen refused to single out any individual, instead praising the collaborative work across all departments—from business development and engineering to sales and marketing. He acknowledged that hundreds of people contributed to making this achievement possible.

It's quite unfair that I'm standing here doing the interview because it should be the hundreds of people that have made this happen, he said. "It's not a single person that does this. It's a team effort."
