EHang Launches eVTOL Regulatory Sandbox In Malaysia
China’s EHang has announced a sandbox cooperation with the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia to examine the safety, technical and regulatory considerations associated with AAM. EHang is working with civil aviation authorities in different markets to develop regulatory pathways tailored to local requirements.
Florida Poly Police Field Jetson eVTOL For Air Patrols
Florida Polytechnic University Police Department has become the first U.S. law enforcement agency to operate an eVTOL vehicle. The university is seeking FAA approval to use the single-seat Jetson One for aerial patrols, reaching areas difficult to access by traditional vehicles.
