The National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) has launched a new effort to help the business aviation industry get back to work following the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The initiative, called Bizav Back to Work, expands NBAA’s efforts and resources to help members and the industry to reopen, it said.

For example, now through Aug. 31 NBAA member companies will receive free 30- or 60-day postings on Business Aviation Jobs, the association’s jobs board. An updated list of positions will appear in the NBAA Insider Daily publication and in biweekly “Job Flash” reports.

In addition, job seekers may submit their resumes to Business Aviation Jobs and to the searchable resume bank on the jobs board at no cost. NBAA will also post tips and tools for those seeking employment. It is also planning a Virtual Career Fair on Aug. 12. More details will be released as they become available.

“Although COVID-19 has produced daunting challenges for our community, it is clear the people and companies in it are resilient and ready to get back to work,” said Ed Bolen, NBAA president and CEO. “This new initiative will put the resources in people’s hands to help employers find dedicated professionals and help qualified individuals start or resume a business aviation career as quickly as possible.”
