Jet Support Services Inc. (JSSI) has launched a new business unit, JSSI Maintenance Software, to integrate its portfolio of aircraft maintenance tracking and MRO software products.
JSSI Maintenance Software includes products from Traxxall and SierraTrax, two companies JSSI acquired in 2021.
“Business has been really strong,” Neil Book, JSSI chairman and CEO, says during an interview with The Weekly of Business Aviation. “What we’re really excited about is the opportunity to start cross-selling our products in our JSSI Maintenance Programs business, our parts and leasing business and now the maintenance tracking software business.”
The integration and expansion of the products bring value to customers, Book says.
“With the addition of Traxxall and SierraTrax over the past 12 months, JSSI is uniquely positioned to connect a wealth of maintenance data that will enable us to create huge efficiencies for customers, whether they operate a single aircraft or a large fleet,” he says.
JSSI focuses on products for business jets, turboprops and helicopters of all sizes.
The company touches thousands of aircraft, Book says. “The idea is to be able to introduce our software products to our maintenance program customers or our maintenance program customers to our software customers. It’s really exciting.”
Traxxall provides software for aircraft maintenance tracking, inventory management and MRO operations, while SierraTrax offers maintenance tracking software for customers looking for a simpler feature set at a lower price point.”
Besides JSSI Maintenance Software, JSSI has four other business units: JSSI Maintenance Programs, JSSI Parts & Leasing, JSSI Advisory Services and JSSI Conklin & de Decker.
