Fixed-base operator Million Air is expanding hangar space at three key locations, the company said, including Million Air St. George at St. George Regional Airport in Utah, (KSGU), Million Air Moses Lake at Grant County International Airport in Washington (KMWH), and Million Air Orlando, based at Orlando Sanford International Airport.
Completion at Moses Lake and St. George is expected in January 2027, with the Orlando hangar to be completed in August 2026, the company said.
The expansions are a project of Freeman Holdings Group, Million Air’s largest licensee.
The Moses Lake location will feature 40,000 ft.2 of space, including 30,825 ft.2 for aircraft accommodation and 8,375 ft.2 for office suites with space aimed to serve commercial and government narrowbody aircraft. It also will serve general aviation clients with smaller aircraft. The facility will be located adjacent to the terminal and near the customs ramp for international and domestic arrivals.
Construction will begin soon on 22,500 ft.2 of hangar space at Million Air St. George, with space large enough to accommodate a Gulfstream G650 or Bombardier Global 6000. The facility will be accessible to the taxiway and the main FBO facility.
Million Air Orlando has begun construction of a 30,500-ft.2 hangar designed for midsize and large-cabin business jets. The facility will complement Million Air Orlando’s FBO, the company said.
