Bombardier has launched its Certified Pre-Owned Aircraft program to offer customers a “like-new” experience, it said, with each aircraft selected, inspected and upgraded as needed and offered with a one-year warranty.

The company said aircraft will be equipped with the latest in improvements and compliance with recommended maintenance inspections, service bulletin systems upgrades and enrollment in Bombardier’s Smart Parts program. Each aircraft will be delivered with cabins that have undergone anywhere from a complimentary deep cleaning and sanitation to a fully refurbished interior. Bombardier also paints the exteriors with Matterhorn white paint, so customers can apply their signature liveries or personal touches.

“As life gradually begins to return to normal, the supply of business jets across the industry has been outpaced by demand,” said Chris Milligan, vice president of Bombardier Pre-Owned Aircraft Services. The aircraft “provide buyers with the highest quality pre-owned product, equipped with the latest safety and cabin enhancements, while providing the new aircraft delivery experience customers are looking for,” Milligan said. Customers may sign up to receive alerts when a pre-owned Bombardier business jet becomes available.

The program capitalizes on a resilient market where supply has not caught up with demand, added Jean-Christophe Gallagher, Bombardier executive vice president of services and support and corporate strategy. “With so many new prospective buyers on the market, Bombardier can fulfill this demand and harness our world-renowned product knowledge, refurbishment capabilities and valuation know-how.”
