Flights
As the Official Carrier for World Routes 2015, South African Airways are offering a discount on all flights for delegates travelling to Durban. The discount of up to 18% is exclusive to all World Routes 2015 delegates.
The easiest way to do this is to visit the South African Airways website and simply enter the promo code ROUTES2015 to receive the discount.
Visas
Visas must be obtained prior to arrival, so please ensure you take the time to check you have all the necessary documentation to travel to Durban.
If you haven’t done so already, please request your visa invitation letter as soon as possible.
Hotels
With limited rooms now available at our World Routes Official Hotels, we recommend you book your hotel accommodation as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
There are many hotels to choose from in Durban but, during World Routes, we recommend staying in one of our preferred hotels where you will benefit from preferential rates and complimentary transfers to the event venue, networking evening and King Shaka International.
You’ll also find dedicated World Routes information desks in each of the official hotels providing advice and information on all the event details.
Face-to-Face Meetings
Scheduling for World Routes 2015 will close on Friday 4th September – just three weeks from now. Make sure you request your meetings as soon as possible to ensure you meet with your top targets at World Routes.
