Toronto Pearson appointed Darryl Horzelenberg as Manager, Air Service Development last month. Darryl is responsible for the cargo portfolio at Toronto Pearson and elements of the passenger air carrier services. He was previously with Air Canada Cargo where he had 13 years of managerial experience in customer services, training, global operations, freighter operations, process development, network optimisation and global trucking operations.
