Vietnam Airlines increases capacity in Japan

Vietnam Airlines plans to put more capacity into Japan through increases on existing routes to Tokyo and Osaka.

From March 28 the carrier will double its daily service from Ho Chi Minh City to Tokyo Narita, using A321 aircraft.

It faces competition on this sector from All Nippon Airways and JALways.

From 1 July the carrier will operate a daily service from Hanoi to Osaka (up from its existing five-times weekly schedule).
