US Airways Adds Philadelphia – Quebec City Route

US Airways has confirmed that it will launch a three-times daily link from its Philadelphia International Airport gateway to Quebec City in Canada. The route to one of the oldest cities in Canada will be launched on June 2 and will be operated using a Bombardier CRJ200 of US Airways Express partner carrier Air Wisconsin. Quebec City will be US Airways’ eighth destination in Canada - it already offers year-round services to Calgary, Edmonton, Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver and last year added flights from Philadelphia to Halifax and between its Charlotte hub and Ottawa.

The flight schedule means that an aircraft will night-stop at the Canadian airport, enabling passengers originating in Quebec City to take advantage of an early morning departure and onward connections from Philadelphia to over 100 domestic and international destinations.
