Turkish increases Jeddah service

Turkish Airlines will increase scheduled service from Istanbul Ataturk to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia from a double daily to an 18x weekly, effective July 5th. All services are with narrwobody equipment and compete with Saudi Arabian Airlines 1x weekly widebody B777 service.

The route has seen just over 101,000 O+D pax fly the route between March 09-10 with TK having a market share of 74%.
