ROUTES EUROPE: New Route Exchange Briefings Confirmed for Routes Europe!

With Routes Europe less than one month away the latest airline to confirm that they will deliver a Route Exchange briefing in Tallinn is new Spanish low cost carrier Volotea which has recently begun a number of new routes. Marco Comani, Chief Strategy Officer for Volotea will give an overview of the carrier which commenced operations earlier this month.

Volotea is the sixth carrier to sign up to hold a Route Exchange Airline Briefing at Routes Europe and joins a range of airlines who will discuss their various plans for developing air service. Colin Casey, Deputy Director, Route Development & Commercial Manager for Ryanair, Lee Lipton, Director of Network Planning for Aer Lingus and Alan McIntyre, Head of Network and Schedule Development for easyJet will all give an overview of their respective carrier’s network development strategy.

Monarch Airlines’ Commercial Director, Jochen Schnadt will discuss Monarch’s short haul network expansion from London Gatwick and London Luton Airports whilst Tomislav Lang CEO of SkyWork Airlines will discuss their future expansion plans targeting the European short haul market with a mix of business and leisure routes.

These Route Exchange Airline Briefings given by senior network planners are an opportunity not to be missed. They will give airport delegates a unique insight into the decision making of some of the fastest growing carriers into Europe, the route development opportunities that exist and how airports can be part of their airline expansion.

Places are limited and airport delegates should contact Simon Baxendale, Scheduling Manager for Routes to add briefings to your diary of pre-scheduled meetings. Click here for further information about the programme of Route Exchange Briefings and to register for Routes Europe 2012.
