Routes Americas 2012: Scheduling Opens on January 3rd

Scheduling for Routes Americas is due to open on January 3, 2012 and airport delegates will then be able to directly request meetings with the increasing number of airlines that are registered for the event. Simply log into Routesonline, and once prompted to add your PRC code into the box provided, you will be able to access your personal meeting request page that will allow you to request meetings with airlines. You will be able to change your requests at any time right up until scheduling closes on February 10, 2012.

In addition to the pre-scheduled meetings included in every airport’s attendance package, airports attending Routes Americas can now request further meetings with other airports at no additional cost. ‘City Pair’ Meetings will allow the two airports to identify new opportunities, share ideas and approaches, exchange data and contacts and jointly plan ‘City Pair’ strategies and presentations.

Above all,‘City Pair’ Meetings may be “win-win” for both airlines and airports. For airlines, it can give them a complete picture without the need to reconcile data and have multiple meetings. For airports, it can lead to joint support packages, potentially saving valuable time and money. These meetings available at Americas are free for all airport delegates.

This year we are estimating to holding up to 2,000 meetings including those that will be arranged through our regular Extra Meeting System and the City Pair Meeting option.
