AIRLINE REQUIREMENTS

With LOT Polish Airlines attending the World Route Development Forum in Vancouver, Manager of Network Analysis, Wojciech Jagiello delivers some timely advice to airports wishing to discuss new services;

"From airport delegates I would like more focus on actual data and evidence that some initial analysis of the suggested route has been performed. Also, we are interested in seeing preliminary proposals related to support schemes from airports for new routes. Less paper and more e-presentations!"

Other information required for our next planning season S2011 is;

1) Catchment economics
2) Historical traffic data
3) Passenger forecast for new LOT route
4) Discounts on fees, marketing support

Markets of interest are;

1) Europe
2) North Atlantic
3) Middle East
4) Far East

As the newest airline member of the Route Exchange, Route Exchange airport members will be kept up to data on LOT capacity availability and will also be able to send proposals through Route Exchange throughout the year.
