Iraqi Airways resumes flights to London

Iraqi Airways has resumed flights to London after more than 20 years.

The first flight arrived at London’s Gatwick Airport yesterday on a routing via Malmo in Sweden.

Flights were due to resume late last year but were postponed. They are operated by Tor Air under a wet lease agreement. The flights will be twice weekly but the airline is planning to move to daily flights.
