The first of this year’s regional events, Routes Americas, is only 3 weeks away so to ensure you’re well prepared for the event we’ve put together this check list so you can make sure you don’t forget anything vital!
Preparing for your Meetings
With only a few precious weeks left until the event opens in Colorado, now is the time to begin preparing for those all important meetings. Company profiles on Routesonline can provide you with a wealth of information about the companies you will be meeting at Routes Americas. Make sure your own company profile is kept up to date and start connecting with other delegates on Routesonline in the weeks leading up to the event. Initiate new, or continue existing dialogue with prospective customers ahead of the event.

Pre-Scheduled Meetings
Scheduling for this year’s Routes Americas will close on Friday 23rd January, just two weeks from now! If your delegate package includes a diary of pre-scheduled meetings and you haven’t made your requests yet make sure you get them in as soon as possible to avoid disappointment as diaries are filling up fast!
The online Meeting Requests System allows delegates with an entitlement of pre-arranged meetings to log-in and submit their requests online. To begin requesting meetings, delegates should follow the below steps:
- Registeror Log-In to your free personal networking profile
- Enter yourPRC (Personal Registration Code), which you should have received when you registered, into the box displayed on the homepage, ensuring you have selected Routes Americas on the slider
- Click ‘Submit PRC’ and you will be directed to your meeting request page.

Routes Americas App
Available to download soon, the Routes Americas App will ensure that all essential information is available at the touch of a button. The App will once again provide easy access to the event floorplan, airline table locations, meeting diary access, delegate listings, speaker profiles, city guide and social media links along with private messaging functionality.
New for this year is our Electronic Extra Meetings System. In addition to our paper based system, the new electronic system will be digital and accessible via the official Routes App. This system will give delegates real-time updates about meeting requests as well as improving the speed of acceptance for requests and adding them straight into your meeting diary.
Further details about the Routes App and how to download it will be sent to all delegates prior to the event.
Hotel & Flight Information
If you have not yet secured your flights and hotel reservation, you should do so as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. This year’s event will be held at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel, perfectly located on a mile-long pedestrian promenade of outdoor bistros, microbreweries, shopping and entertainment venues, and situated in the heart of Denver’s financial and business districts.
There are many hotels to choose from in Denver but, during Routes Americas, we recommend staying in the event hotel. Here, delegates will benefit from preferential rates and complimentary transfers to the networking evening and Denver International Airport.

Visa Requirements
Make sure you have all the necessary documentation to travel to Denver, Colorado. Your passport should be valid for a minimum period of 6 months from the date of entry into Denver however, many countries have no visa restrictions when they travel to Denver and may stay in the country for up to 90 days from the date of entry that is indicated on the immigration seal, which is stamped on the passport by the official at the port of entry.
In addition to the visa application form, relevant fees and photos, embassies may also require a letter of invitation from the inviting company. Delegates requiring such a document from our host should complete the electronic request form in full ensuring accuracy throughout.
