Etihad celebrates five years of service to Muscat

Etihad Airways this week celebrated the fifth anniversary of its service between Abu Dhabi and Muscat, Oman.

The airline commenced operations to Muscat in March 2006 with daily flights and operates three flights per day.

James Hogan, Etihad Airways’ chief executive officer, said: “Muscat is a key market for Etihad and an important business and leisure destination for our customers. We anticipate continued strong demand for our Muscat services from within the GCC, as well as from guests leveraging the convenient connections to and from Europe, the Far East, and America.”
